• We reserve the rights to edit your site submission (all fields in the submission form) before accept your site;
• We accept only site submissions that accomplish the submission terms;
• All site submissions are reviewed by a human operator before accepting or rejecting;
• We reserve the right to exclude without notice any site from directory, if anytime after approval moment we found that it does not anymore accomplish the submission terms;
• You may submit the same site only once;
• You may submit again a previously submitted site only after the previous site submission was rejected and after you ensure that your site / your site submission does fully comply with these submission terms;
• Your site will appear after approval in one sub-category only, and if you choose also the region, your site will appear also in the appropriate category under the chosen region;
• The accepted sites are listed in submission order (FIFO - old sites first) into sub-categories and search results (and in the appropriate category under the chosen region, if the case), and for a period of time they are also listed in reversed order (LIFO - new sites first) into superior levels of categories and / or regions, as new added sites;
• The period of time for reviewing your site depends by volume of site submissions and by our available time - usually the review period is under a week;
• All abuses to Real-Estate-USA.org could conduct to various measures, starting with banning the abuser access to this site;
• We cannot guarantee that Real-Estate-USA.org will be 100% functional, as we cannot guarantee that no error will occur;
• If anytime and for any reason the a site owner does not want that the respective site to be anymore listed in Real-Estate-USA.org, he / she could send an e-mail request for site exclusion - the requesting e-mail should be sent from the same e-mail address as declared at site submission, to contact [at] real-estate-usa [dot] org;
